We want you to be happy with every delivery. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos when applicable.
Eligible refunds
We will replace items or issue a refund to your original payment method when the issue is verified. Perishable items may require photo documentation for quality claims.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, some opened consumables may not be returnable unless defective. Clearance items may be final sale as noted at checkout.
How to start a claim
Email sales@ignitessupply.com with your order number, a short description, and any photos. We typically respond within one business day.
