We pack orders carefully and partner with carriers that provide tracking. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and depend on your address and product mix.

Free shipping

Orders over the threshold shown on our site (currently $50 where advertised) qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States unless otherwise stated.

Perishables

Cold and fresh items may ship with expedited service or insulation. Cutoff times for same-week delivery vary by warehouse and will be confirmed after checkout.

Issues in transit

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, or if the box arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can open a carrier investigation and make it right.
